Cancellation Policy

Full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking, if the check-in date is at least 14 days away. 50% refund for cancellations made at least 7 days before check-in. No refunds for cancellations made within 7 days of check-in.

About This Space
Set your family up for an incredible time of learning and vacation in Navarre, Florida.

This is an amazing spot for homeschool families. We have clean beaches on the Gulf of Mexico, zoos, fishing on the pier, wildlife and sea turtle rescues, museums and aquariums nearby.

At our safe and quiet location, You will be only 4 miles from pristine Navarre Beach. The house is stocked and sleeps 14 people to accommodate large families.

We have everything you need for your incredible family vacation.

The Space
Walk into this family vacation home that is complete with everything you need.

Homeschooling? Continue your school with plenty of space and strong internet connection. Tour the many options of learning centers in the area, and enjoy it without distraction in our quiet neighborhood.

You’ll have access to the entire house with an air-conditioned lanai and a fenced-in backyard. You’ll enjoy the serenity of the backyard and pool in the evenings after a long day at the beach.

Enjoy cooking together in the full kitchen, all set up with the equipment and full-size appliances you need.

Brew a cup of coffee in a keireg or drip coffee maker, and enjoy it on the sunny and enclosed lanai, right off the living room.
This beach home is set up for large homeschool families to people looking for a cool place to work remotely (there’s a dedicated workstation and computer monitor available).

Want to go fishing on the bay? Enjoy private bay access in this subdivision! This is an excellent place to practice before heading to the pier.

Want to learn and experience more of Florida??? We have multiple fruit trees on site! Depending on the time of year you arrive, you can see or pick lemons, peaches, figs or banans from our very own trees!

There is a zoo in gulf breeze (10 min), a sea turtle rescue at Navarre beach (7 min), an aquarium in Fort Walton (20 min) and many more learning opportunities throughout the area.

Other Things To Note
You’ll find our beach town is very patriotic. You may even get the chance to hear the “sounds of freedom” during your stay. It’s not obtrusive, just a reminder that our military is at work to keep our country secure.

Smoking:
Absolutely zero smoking or vaping of anything on premises. There is a minimum of $500 fine for doing so.

Pets:
We are a pet-friendly home and prefer pets less than 30 lbs, but we are willing to host larger pets with permission. We also ask that you do NOT allow pets on furniture. Please keep doggie-doo cleaned up at all times as we have a luxurious lawn and would like to keep it that way.

We do not allow more than 2 dogs at a time.

Unfortunately, because of insurance regulations, we are also not accepting guests with Pit Bulls, Dobermans, German Shepherds, Chows, Wolf breeds, Bulldogs, or Rottweilers.

Please NEVER leave dogs unattended/uncrated in the house when you are away. Always take them with you or crate them. The garage or bathroom is not a crate. If you’d like to purchase a crate, you are welcome to leave it at the house when you leave. We’d be happy to buy it back from you until we have a large enough supply. :)

Hoa Notes: This is an HOA, and VERY safe neighborhood. Please be polite to full-time residents by being quiet and family-friendly. No smoking or loud music please. Be sure that your dog is not barking either as it is against HOA rules and could result in a fine.

Parking notes: There is room for guests to park 3 vehicles, one in the garage and two in the driveway. No parking is allowed on the street in front of the home. For extra parking, we recommend using the Family Dollar parking lot which is located only 1 mile away.

Security camera details: A Security camera is installed in the front and back yard and records 24/7.
